Rouge Hills Drive – Scarborough

Possibilities were somewhat endless with this current Bathroom without a view, but Budget was not.  So when the client had to come to grips with a double Bathroom reno to keep the growing household going, Creativity and Design in relation with Budget was a priority.

The original Ensuite and Kids bathrooms were outdated, had plumbing issues, lacked space and functionality. Both Bathrooms and part of the Master Bedroom were fully gutted.  We stole room from the original Ensuite Bath space to accommodate a larger shower and a more function space for the Kids Bathroom layout.

In the Ensuite a large window was added and space from Master Bedroom was taken to expand the space and introduce the scenic views of Lake Ontario and the Rouge River.  An angled soaker tub was the best way to complete the 4 piece Master Ensuite.

Chrome Grohe Fixtures, a combination of Custom Birch Stained and Painted Cabinetry with Cesarstone solid surface countertops were installed in both Bathrooms.  Porcelain Calacatta 12x24 tiles were installed with darker toned Glass accents in both Bathrooms adding warmth to the light tiles .  Clean lines and a minimalistic approach were utilized to not overshadow and bring nature into focus as the Art in this renovation.
