Working this way minimizes the risk of overdesigning, because we tailor our designs according to your budget parameters and deadlines. In other words, when projects are first built on paper, they won’t be built on unexpected dollars later.

Meek provides a wide range of design, build, renovation and construction management services for residential (both homes and condominiums), commercial and industrial spaces of any size. These include full interior and exterior renovations, additions, new construction, kitchens, bathrooms and basements.

Our diverse portfolio of work also includes highly specialized spaces, from custom wine cellars and home gyms to office spaces, emergency vehicle garages and fully integrated medical centre’s.

Our team

Founded in 2000, W.C. Meek Design and Construction Ltd. has a proven track record of exceptional design, construction, project management and maintenance services under the leadership of company president Bill Meek.

In his early years of business as an undergraduate house painter and contractor, Bill learned the value of detail-oriented work and how to deliver on time and within budget.

Today, WCM is proud to operate with qualified, experienced in-house employees including designers, project managers, carpenters, general laborers and finishers, coupled with licensed subcontracted and certified engineers, architects and trades people to cover off all aspects of the construction process. Our employee crews and approved subcontractors work as a Team with the same goals to always deliver high-quality projects.

I wanted to change the floor plan of my newly purchased 2,100-square-foot condo to take advantage of the natural southern light. This involved taking down some walls, moving others, putting in a new kitchen, redoing three bathrooms, laying new floors, soundproofing the walls and ceiling, and numerous other things.

We retained W.C. Meek Design and Construction in 2017 to renovate our kitchen and the rest of our ground floor and, more recently, to renovate our second-floor bathroom. In both cases, we were extremely pleased with the quality of work.

From planning and design through to construction and clean-up, Bill and his team, including his sub-trades, were very professional, meticulous, responding quickly to our questions and always treating us with the utmost respect. We continue to use Bill’s 360° HOME service for any maintenance and ongoing repairs needed in our 70-year-old home, as well as for a new commercial project for my company.
